This has been such a great week for me!!
Monday I officially closed on my land! I have been patiently waiting to sell my property for quite some time now and FINALLY it is a done deal!! Now I can start saving towards something else, maybe a house :)
Tuesday I took my final in Biology! I have never been so happy to be through with a class in my life! Man this has been a long semester...Done until January 19th and I'm going to enjoy every minute of it!
Today my mom and I are going to make our traditional honeycomb mix that everyone must have every year. I think I've started something here! The ladies I work with start asking for it at the beginning of December! Haha! I enjoy making it tho and it is soooo yummy :) Here's the recipe:
1 box Honeycomb cereal
1 bag small pretzels
1-2 packages white almond bark melted
pecans
Basically you put all the dry ingredients into a very large bowl and add as many pecans as you like (I like a lot!) Melt the almond bark, pour over and stir! I usually spread some on the counter so it won't all dry together in a big clump. This makes very yummy Christmas gifts! :) Enjoy!
